Stok Kangri is a delightful trekking peak that lies in the Ladakh area in the northern part of india. The long trek is designed to help your body to ajust to altitude and maximize your acclimatization before the summit bid. You trek in unspoiled Indian himalayan region through arid landscape and remote valleys.From the top you enjoy the magnificient view over Indus Valley, Karakoram Range and POK mountains.The climb of Stok Kangri provides stunning views over the Ladakh region, the Karakoram valleys and the the Himalayan range across Tibet.

20 July
Reporting – Leh (3500 m)
Arrive Leh & spend the day in Leh to acclimatise. Take the time to explore the monasteries and markets, or just relax at the hotel. Overnight.

21 July
Leh acclimatization
We spend the day in Leh for further acclimatisation. We go on a short day hike to practice exercising at this elevation. Marvel at Stok Kangri which is perched on the other side of the valley and begin to measure the size of the challenge ahead. Overnight.

22 July
Leh – Pangong – Leh Acclimatization Trip
Visit to Pangong Lake and Return Through Chang La pass (17585 ft) This trip helps a lot in getting acclimatized

23 July
Leh – Zingchan – Rumbuk (4000 m): 8 hrs, 12 Km
Start Trek via Zingchan to Rumbuk. Throughout the trip, we are trekking through the barren lunar landscape of Ladakh. The weather is hot during the day and cold at night. Overnight at Stok La.

24 July
Rumbuk – Stok La (4400 m) – Mankorma (4900 m): 5/6 hrs, 9.5 Km
Trek over the Stok La Pass and camp at Mankorma. The pass offers great views of Stok Kangri and the route to the summit from the base camp.

25 July
Mankorma – Base Camp (5000 m): 4/5 hrs, 4 Km
We make an early start and reach base camp with still most of the day to rest. We have lunch and then take a short climb from base camp to better acclimatise. We climb a further 100 m and then come back down again to get an early night in preparation for tomorrow’s summit attempt.

Base Camp – Stok Kangri (6150 m) – Base Camp (5000 m): 15 hrs, 12.8 Km
We start climbing in the early hours of the morning to avail of the best weather conditions and a possible sunrise at the summit. First we climb onto a ridge which leads to a large glacier. After crossing the glacier we ascend steeply to the summit. This last leg is the most difficult and takes a lot of physical and mental strength. The panoramic view from the summit is second to none. To the north-west the Karakoram Range, including K2 (8611 m), seems endless. One can also see the Zanskar Range and view Tibet in the distance, an outstanding vista of snow-capped peaks.

Spare Summit Day ( In case of any weather problem if we can not make summit on desired Day, this day we use as spare day. If not needed this day if we do not require could be spent in other way. The decision will be taken by leader on the trek)

28 July
Base Camp – Stok village – Leh (3500 m): 8 hrs
From base camp we descend all the way to Stok village. This is a great walk passing by numerous ruins of old forts and castles. It takes about six hours to reach Stok village where we are met by waiting vehicles. We then drive two hours back to Leh.

Everest Base Camp Expedition is counted as one of the most famous trekking destination in entire world. Being at the base of highest peak in the world gives it an additional glamor. It is not possible to explain in words how you feel when you are standing on Kala patthar (18600ft) overlooking Everest base camp and find the majestic Everest (29028 ft) in front of you. In this trek we trek through Sagarmatha wildlife reserve and there are high chances to spot some rare fauna like Blue sheep, Himalayan Tahr, himalayan fox, Golden eagle, Lamergear or bearded vulture etc.

Some people think that you require Royal Enfield or very high engine capacity motorbikes to participate which is not the truth. Any vehicle of Engine capacity 125cc and above are eligible to participate in this expedition. Right from Discover, Victor, Unicorn, Hunk to Karizma, CBZ, Apache, Royal Enfield can enjoy the ride over these mountains. Of course it is very essential to practice long rides before participating in this event.
